Hello! I am Sophie, cake maker, florist and business owner! Here is a little bit about me and my business.

I have been baking since I was a child with my Mum at home. In 2009 I started baking and decorating celebration cakes for my friends and family and my passion has grown from there! After every cake I was creating I would often get comments about starting up my own business. This was always my biggest dream – If you have ever seen Valentines Day the movie, Ashton Kutchers character's business is my aim!

After graduating from university, I starting a career as a Meeting and Events Coordinator in a hotel. When lockdown hit in 2020, I was furloughed. I decided that this was the time for me to follow my dream and create beautifully finished, great tasting bespoke cakes and treats!

I first started offering Bakes but always knew that I wanted to add flowers into the business as I have a passion for flowers. I started an evening course at Bath College before lockdown, then in 2021 decided to do a full time Level 2 floristry course. I was also lucky enough to be working full time in my local florist during my studies.  

I have now been a florist for 4 years and have a love for creating bespoke bouquets for all occasions and adore creating wedding florals!
